The home has 2 bedrooms, a full bath, a fully equipped kitchen, screened porch,
attached 2 car garage, color cable TV, gas fireplace, and more.

Rates

Off Season 3/15 – 5/15 & 10/31-12/15
$109 per night for 2 people,$10 per each additional adult,$5 per child

 Season 5/16 – 10/30 & 12/16 – 3/14
$139 per night for 2 people, $10 per each additional adult, $5 per child

Reservation policy
We require a 50 % deposit at the time the reservation is made, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. On reservations within a 30 day arrival time the full balance is due at the time of reservation. Refunds, less a $10 handling fee will be given 30 days prior to arrival date or if the unit is re-rented

 We accept personal checks, money orders or cash
